Really convenient, clean and friendly.

We were only coming to Venice for one full day and two nights as a stop off before a ski holiday, so I wanted a hotel in a central location. This hotel was perfect, we had lots of bags and got a water taxi right to the street and just had to walk 10m. For our day in Venice, we walked out from the hotel and straight into busy streets with lots of shops and places to stop for food. An easy walk to lots of the main Venice attractions. The staff were helpful and had arranged two rooms together. The rooms were clean. We didn’t have the breakfast but it looked nice.

The only thing would be the hotel is quite plain and modern which was fine for us, but if you are wanting the traditional Venetian town house and that romantic aesthetic, then it might not be what you are looking for.

Enjoyed it

Found it very clean and comfortable and staff very nice

the only thing bad I can say about the hotel is that they offer you a free tour of the glass factory they give you a lift out but never told us we had to find our own way back and unfortunately we don’t speak Italian so was unable to understand the water bus route lucky there was a very nice person at the stop and told us how to get back to the hotel I taught it was very bad form to tell us about the tour but not tell us how to get back

Lovely hotel in a convenient location

Close to everything and Grand canal but not too touristy. Short walk from S. Maria del Giglio.

Bathrooms are compact in the double rooms, some more shelving for toiletries would be good

I liked the Hotel and I would stay there again.

Breakfast was available but we opted to eat locally. The room was a great size and we had plenty of room for our luggage. There was a good lift available, and the hotel and rooms have been refurbished and are clean and modern. There is a 24 hour reception, and the hotel is fairly well situated, if you catch the public transport bus (ferry) to Giglio stop there are a 2 little bridges with stairs to contend with.

The room was warm, set to 23 degrees, and could not be adjusted in the room. We were advised to open the windows, and there were a few mosquitoes. The hotel was strangely not very sound proof and people walking up and down the corridor sounded like they were in your room.

Mum's 80th in Venice

Group of 7 celebrating our mother's 80th Birthday. Best choice we could have made. All the Staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. Receptionist could be nicer. Lovely conversion of an old Palazzo, great location to the main sites and while close to everything, just off.the main track to have total quite. Will book this hotel again next visit Thanks to all for a great time.

Great Hotel, Great Location!!

The staff was Excellent so nice abs helpful. We used private water taxi from Airport directly to hotel , Very easy. The San Marco Square is 10 minutes walk. Great location. The rooms are large enough, property is great, breakfast is wonderful. Would stay here again 10 plus for this hotel.
