Highly recommend

The hotel is excellent. Great location, very clean, modern room and very friendly staff. Our door handle broke in our ensuite and the staff had it fixed very very quick. Obviously these things can happen but the response from staff was very impressive. Very trendy cool interior and beautiful large bedroom and bathroom. We got a private water taxi from the airport which was a little expensive but it was great fun and very convenient. Pick up 5 minutes walk from the airport arrivals and dropped on the door step of the hotel. Arriving by water was part of the fun for us.

The only minor issue was our room was too warm. But I would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

We would absolutely stay there again! Great People, hotel, location, and bathroom shower!

Again, it was a great experience that started (and ended) with the hotel people on hand whom I contacted for a water taxi to the hotel. Very helpful! A young English-speaking woman met us at the end of our train, contacted our water taxi, and guided us to the exact location for boarding. It was pricey but worth it, as it took us to the dock only 100 steps from the hotel. Also, we received a discount for using them to take us back to the train station, and the hotel desk people, along with the taxi people, went above and beyond to secure our access to the taxi, which had been blocked at the end of the dock by a service boat—a unique and memorable experience. Also, it was our favorite (bathroom) shower of the trip, and the morning breakfast and service were excellent. And, great location!

Loved the place so much. We are ready to return and will be and will probably stay at this hotel.

The location was perfect. Small walk once we got off the boat taxi. The room was clean and modern and perfect. We had a bottle of wine in the room chilled when we arrived which was excellent. Location was great and easy to walk to restaurants and events.

Very Good

Fantastic location. Very close to the grand canal and just a 6 min walk to san marco square. Staff were great in accommodating our early arrival and had the the room ready in 10min. The room was a good size with a big comfy bed.

Beautiful stay, great hotel with excellent staff.

We had a beautiful stay. We chose a room with a balcony and canal views and I am very glad we did, we really enjoyed sitting outside and watching the boats go by. Staff were excellent and the room was clean and nicely styled, and had everything we needed. We very much enjoyed the stay.

Venice is beautiful and the hotel is conveniently located!

Location was very convenient with a view of the canal. Friendly staff. Marco and Alex were very helpful with directions, restaurant suggestions and making sure our needs were met.

Luggage racks to place our bags on, would have been helpful and the breakfast was not very good.

Exceptional

Perfect location close to the Accademia bridge, and ideal to visit wonderful Venice. The room was beautiful and the bathroom was spacious with a superb bathtub. The free transfer and visit to a Murano glass workshop was much appreciated.

The hotel is pricey but with such a location and service I cannot really complain too much.
